Analýza připravenosti lůžkových zdravotnických zařízení na péči o zraněné cizince při mimořádných událostech či krizových situacích

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zjištění současného stavu připravenosti vybraných lůžkových zdravotnických zařízení na péči o zraněné cizince, k jejichž zranění došlo při mi?????mořádné události či krizové situaci. Vybraná lůžková zdravotnická zařízení zahrnuje Oblastní nemocnici Mladá Boleslav, a.s., (nemocnice Středočeského kraje) a Krajská nemocnice Liberec, a.s. (nemocnice Libereckého kraje). V teoretické části budou popsány základní pojmy, týkající se krizového řízení a oblasti azylové a migrační politiky. Zároveň je plánováno zpracovat přehled nejčastějších zranění, která mohou vznikat při mimořádných událostech nebo krizových situacích. V souvislosti s přijetím a poskytováním akutní lůžkové zdravotní péče zraněným cizincům budou popsána specifika jednotlivých národnostních či etnických skupin, která jsou významná při jejich ošetřování. Součástí teoretické části práce představují jednotlivé konkrétní postupy, které zdravotnická zařízení realizují při příjmu většího počtu zraněných osob. Obsahem praktické části je kvalitativní výzkum. Prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky tamní kliniky je plánováno zjišťovat znalosti respondentů ohledně specifik etnických kultur, informovanost dotazovaných o druzích zdravotního pojištění, znalosti o neziskových organizacích určených cizincům a zmapovat samotný přístup ke zraněným pacientům - cizincům při mimořádných událostech či krizových situacích. Ve výzkumné části bude využita SWOT analýza zaměřená na silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby jednotlivých nemocnic. Výstupem práce bude zhodnocení postupů a v případě zjištění nedostatků stanovení doporučení ke zvýšení efektivity práce ve výše uvedených zdravotnických zařízeních.

The aim of this thesis is to detect the preparedness of the inpatient health care of foreigners who were injured in exceptional or critical situation. The chosen medical institutions are located in Mladá Boleslav and Liberec, that is Oblastní nemocnice Mladá Boleslav, a.s. (the hospital of Central bohemian region) a Krajská nemocnice Liberec, a.s. (the hospital of the Liberec region). In the theoretical part, there is the description of the concepts regarding crisis management and asylum and migration policy. At the same time it is planned to process an overview of the most common injuries that may occur during emergencies or crisis situations.. In connection with the adoption of and provision of acute inpatient health care to the injured foreigners will be described the specifics of individual national or ethnic groups that are significant in their treatment. Part of the theoretical part of the thesis represent individual specific procedures that health care facilities implement when receiving a larger number of injured persons. The content of the practical part is a qualitative research. Through semi-structured interviews with the staff of the clinics we planned to determine the knowledge of the respondents about the specifics of ethnic cultures, the awareness of the respondents about the kinds of health insurance or, e.g., non-profit organizations dedicated to foreigners and to map the access to injured patients - strangers in emergencies or crisis situations. In the research part, the SWOT analysis will be used to focus on the strong and weak sides opportunity and threats of the hospitals. The conclusion of this thesis is the procedure evaluation and eventually recommendation for increasing work efficiency of the above mentioned health institutions.
