Abstract

Abstrakt Obsahem této diplomové práce je problematika dopravní nehodovosti Hasičského záchranného sboru Středočeského kraje v operačním řízení. Téma je v současnosti velmi aktuální, zejména z důvodu dopadů dopravních nehod na sbor, ale také s ohledem na význam prevence. Celé téma podtrhují i v současné době probíhající kurzy bezpečné jízdy pro příslušníky sboru financované z Fondu zábrany škod. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy týkající se dopravy na pozemních komunikacích a dopravních nehod, specifika Hasičského záchranného sboru Středočeského kraje se zaměřením na problematiku dopravy a dopravní nehodovosti. Závěrem teoretické části je provedena SWOT analýza stávajícího systému. Praktická část je tvořena analýzou dopravní nehodovosti Hasičského záchranného sboru Středočeského kraje jízd v operačním řízení, zjištěná data jsou dále komparována s daty dopravní nehodovostí vozidel Policie České republiky, konkrétně ve Středočeském kraji. Abstract This master's thesis is focussed on the problematics of traffic accidents of the Fire Rescue Service of Central Bohemia Region in operating processes. The topic is recent, mainly because of the accidents' impact on the brigade, but also regarding the need of processing prevention within the inner regulations. The topic is further highlighted by the currently ongoing safe driving courses for members of the brigade, financed by the Prevention of Damage Fund. The theoretical part defines some basic terms related to roads traffic and traffic accidents, the specifics of the Fire Rescue Service of Central Bohemia Region focused on the traffic and traffic accidents problematics. The theoretical part ends with a SWOT analysis of the current system. The practical part consists of an analysis of traffic accidents of the Fire Rescue Service of Central Bohemia Region in operating processes, the data found are then compared with the data of accidents of the police of the Czech Republic vehicles, specifically in Central Bohemia. The research is based on an anonymous questionnaire, submitted at all 32 Fire Stations of the Fire Rescue Service of Central Bohemia Region to officers who drive firefighting vehicles in operating processes. The data found is presented via graphs and tables. Based on the analysis, comparisons and research, suggestions and recommendations for critical areas and prevention are determined in the thesis. Within the discussion, a comparison of the results of the thesis and the results of other authors is carried out. The conclusion sums up the results and goals of the thesis.
