Analýza možností a způsobů evakuace Uherskohradišťské nemocnice

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je analýza možností a způsobů evakuace Uherskohradišťské nemocnice a.s. s hlavním zaměřením na zvládnutí evakuace převážně za pomoci pouze zaměstnanců Uherskohradišťské nemocnice a.s. Teoretická část diplomové práce je věnována problematice evakuace. Jsou zde vysvětlením základních pojmů, jenž se tématu přímo dotýkají se zaměřením na stanovení jednotlivých druhů, způsobů a možností evakuace a jejím ukotvením v legislativě. V praktické části diplomové práce je na základech vycházejících z části teoretické provedeno za pomoci řízeného rozhovoru a monitoringu posouzení současného stavu Uherskohradišťské nemocnice a.s. z pohledu připravenosti na plošnou evakuaci. Za pomoci multikriteriální analýzy je navržen nejlepší možný způsob evakuace a jsou navržena případná budoucí zlepšení jenž usnadní a zkvalitní případnou evakuaci. A to jak v podobě doporučení postupů pro zaměstnance při vzniku mimořádné události, tak i technických zařízení a věcných prostředků.

The thesis analyses the possibilities and methods of evacuation in the Uherské Hradiště Hospital, with the main focus on evacuation managed primarily by employees of this hospital. The theoretical part of the thesis outlines the issues of evacuation. The basic concepts directly related to the theme are explained, with focus on individual types, ways and options of evacuation as well as on its anchoring in the legislation. Based on the theoretical foundations outlined in the previous section, the practical part of the thesis evaluates the current state of the Uherské Hradiště Hospital in terms of its preparedness for the area evacuation, using structured interview and monitoring. With the help of multi-criteria analysis, the optimal evacuation method is recommended and improvements are suggested to facilitate and streamline the process of any evacuation. These recommendations include instructions for employees in the event of an emergency, as well as description of technical equipment and material tools. The acquired findings and data are summarised and expressed in the form of tables and graphs. The discussion is focused on interpreting the results of the investigation and their comparison with the findings reached by authors dealing with the same or similar theme. The results and objectives of thesis are summarised in the conclusion.
