Vliv měnícího se bezpečnostního prostředí ve světě na bezpečnost České republiky

Abstract

Téma mojej diplomovej práce je ,,Vplyv meniaceho sa bezpečnostného prostredia vo svete na bezpečnosť Českej republiky". Jeden z dôvodov, prečo som si túto tému vybrala, je aktuálnosť tejto problematiky. Podľa môjho názoru má najväčší vplyv na bezpečnosť v krajine terorizmus, kyberterorizmus a migrácia. Preto sa týmto témam budeme venovať detailnejšie. Práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. V teoretickej časti sa zaoberám definovaním pojmov ako je bezpečnosť, bezpečnosť štátu, bezpečnostná stratégia, bezpečnostná politika a bezpečnostný systém. Taktiež sú popísané medzinárodné bezpečnostné a politické štruktúry, ktoré sa podieľajú na boji proti terorizmu. Ďalej sú všeobecne popísané hrozby a vybrané z nich, ktoré majú najväčší vplyv na bezpečnosť Českej republiky a Európskej únie sme popísali detailnejšie. Zhrnuli sme aj najväčšie teroristické útoky od roku 2016, ktoré zasiahli Európsku úniu. Popísali sme aj dva z dôležitých konfliktov 21. storočia, ktoré ovplyvnili svet a pripojili sme k tomu aj vznik Islamského štátu - teroristickej organizácie. V praktickej časti diplomovej práce sú stanovené ciele a popísaná metodika. Skúmanú problematiku sme rozdelili na štyri oblasti. Zapojili sme dotazníkové šetrenie zamerané na laickú verejnosť. SWOT analýzu sme zamerali na problematiku súčasného stavu terorizmu a kyberterorizmu v Českej republike, kde sme určili aj odporúčané opatrenia na riešenie týchto problémov. Ďalej sme porovnali bezpečnostnú stratégiu Českej a Slovenskej republiky. V poslednej časti sme popísali scenár vplyvu migračnej krízy na zvýšenú hrozbu terorizmu. V závere práce je zhodnotenie výsledkov a prínosov výskumu ako aj navrhovaných riešení

The theme of this diploma thesis is the impact of the worlds security enviroment changes on the security of the Czech Republic. One of the reasons I chose this topic, is the recency of this issue. In my opinion, terrorism, cyber-terrorism and migration have the greatest impact on security in this country. That is why we will deal with these topics in more detail. This thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, I deal with defining concepts such as security, state security, security strategy, security policy and security systems. Furthermore, international security and political structures, which are involved in the fight against terrorism; selected threats that have the most impact on the security of the Czech Republic and the European Union are described in more detail. We have also compiled the largest terrorist attacks since 2016 that have happened in the European Union. We have also described two of the important conflicts of the 21st century, that have affected the world, as well as the emergence of the Islamic State - a terrorist organization. The practical part of this diploma thesis describes the set objectives and methodology. We have divided the issue into four areas. Furthermore, a questionnaire survey aimed at the public is included. The SWOT analysis is focused on the current state of terrorism and cyber-terrorism in the Czech Republic. Here, we have also identified the recommended measures to address these issues. We also compared the security strategy of the Czech and Slovak Republics. In the last part, we described the impact scenario of the migration crisis on the increased threat of terrorism. At the end of the thesis is the evaluation of the results and benefits of the research, as well as the proposed solutions
