Analýza psychické připravenosti členů IZS na mimořádné události

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je problematika analýzy psychické připravenosti členů IZS na mimořádné události. Aktuálnost tématu vychází z nárůstu agresivních útoků proti pracovníkům složek IZS. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definování pojmu agrese a agresivita, na její příčiny vzniku, druhy a stupně. Dále jsou definována a podrobněji rozebrána témata jako jsou možnosti prevence vzniku agresivity na místě mimořádné události, zvládání agresora a potřebná sebeobrana. V neposlední řadě se teoretická část práce věnuje členům IZS, jaké následky útoky mohou vyvolat u pracovníků, jaké formy pomoci mohou pracovníci využívat a způsob jejich odborné přípravy. Na teoretickou část navazuje výzkumná část, kde jsou definovány cíle, hypotézy a charakterizován výzkumný nástroj i metody. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zmapovat četnost agresivních útoků na členy IZS a povědomí o možnostech využití odborné psychické pomoci. Také nás zajímala míra vzdělání v oblasti jednání s agresory a obsahová dostatečnost vzdělávacích kurzů. Pro vyhodnocení cílů jsme zvolili anonymní dotazníkové šetření, které bylo distribuováno mezi příslušníky Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR, Policii ČR a zaměstnance Zdravotnické záchranné služby ČR. Díky tomuto šetření jsme zjistili, že se příslušníci HZS, Policie ČR a zaměstnanci ZZS nejčastěji setkávají s verbální agresivitou ze strany opilého člověka. Rovněž jsme zjistili, že ke své ochraně pracovníci IZS v prvé řadě volí verbální formu ochrany. Dále nás zajímala souvislost mezi délkou praxe a zájmem z vlastní iniciativy o vzdělávací kurzy pro jednání s agresivní osobou. V tomto případě jsme zjistili, že pracovníci IZS z vlastní iniciativy neprojevují zájem o vzdělávací kurzy. V diskuzi je provedena komparace námi zjištěných výsledků s výsledky jiných autorů a navrhnuta opatření, která mohou dále být předmětem následných výzkumů v odvětví agresivity proti pracovníkům IZS. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky a cíle práce.

The subject of the Diploma Thesis is the issue of psychological preparedness analysis of members of the Integrated Rescue System (IRS) for extraordinary events. The up-to-date nature of the topic is based on an increase in aggressive attacks against the staff of the IRS. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and research part. The theoretical part is aimed at defining the concept of aggression and aggressiveness, its causes of origin, types and degrees. Furthermore, topics such as the possibilities of prevention of emergence of aggressiveness at the site of an extraordinary event, aggressor coping, and the need for self-defence are defined and discussed in more detail. Last but not least, the theoretical part is devoted to the IRS members, what consequences the attacks can bring to the staff, what forms of assistance the staff can use and the way of their training. The theoretical part follows the research part, where objectives, hypotheses are defined and the research tool and methods are characterized. The aim of the research was to map out the frequency of aggressive attacks on IRS members and awareness of the possibilities of using the psychological help. We were also interested in the level of education in dealing with aggressors and the content sufficiency of training courses. To evaluate the goals, we chose an anonymous questionnaire survey that was distributed among members of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, the Police of the Czech Republic and employees of the Czech Republic's Medical Emergency Service. Thanks to this survey, we found out that the members of the Fire Rescue Service, the Police of the Czech Republic and the Medical Emergency Service staff most often encounter verbal aggression by the drunk person. We also found that in order to protect their employees, the IRS primarily chose the verbal form of protection. We were also interested in the link between the length of practice and self-interest in training courses for dealing with an aggressive person. In this case, we found that IRS staff did not show interest in training courses on their own initiative. In the discussion, we compare the results we have with the results of other authors and propose precautions that can be further investigated in the field of aggression against the IRS staff. In conclusion, the results and objectives of the Thesis are summarized.
