Ochrana zaměstnanců společnosti SPOLANA a.s. v souvislosti s únikem chemických látek uvnitř areálu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany zaměstnanců společnosti SPOLANA a.s. v souvislosti s únikem chemický látek uvnitř areálu. Cílem práce je zhodnocení účinků vybraných látek a vyhodnocení rizika úniku vztahující se k zaměstnancům podniku. Byla provedena analýza úniků nebezpečných chemických látek na území České republiky v letech 2000-2015. Z výsledků této analýzy byla určena nejčastější příčina, havarijní účinek a činnost, při které dochází k úniku nebezpečných chemických látek nejčastěji. Na základě zvoleného scénáře jsou v práci namodelovány havárie chemických látek ethylendichloridu, amoniaku, chloru a chlorovodíku, a to pomocí softwarového nástroje ALOHA. V návaznosti na takto získaná data byla provedena komparace dopadů zmíněných látek. Modelováním byly získány informace o dosazích zraňujících koncentrací, které ve všech případech přesahovaly hranice objektu. Dále bylo prověřeno možné ohrožení osob v areálu podniku. Z výsledků vyplývá, že největší dopad na zdraví a životy zaměstnanců by ze všech vybraných látek měl únik chloru. V závěru práce je zhodnocen současný stav ochrany zaměstnanců před nebezpečím souvisejícím s únikem nebezpečných látek a navržena další opatření k posílení této ochrany.

The diploma thesis studies the protection of employees of SPOLANA a.s. in relation to a spill of chemical substances within the company premises. The thesis analyses the effects of selected substances and assesses the risk of spill related to the employees of the company. The author has analyzed the spills of dangerous chemical substances in the Czech Republic in the period from 2000 to 2015. The results of the analysis show the most common cause and emergency effect, as well as the activity during which the dangerous substances spill occurs most frequently. Based on the selected scenario, the thesis provides models of chemical substances spills of ethylendichloride, ammonia, chlorine and hydrogen chloride, using the ALOHA software. Analyzing the data collected in the models, the impacts of the aforementioned substances have been compared. The model examples provide information on the ranges of harmful concentrations, which in all cases have exceeded the premises' borders. Furthermore, the thesis verifies the danger for persons in the company premises. It follows from the results that a chlorine spill would have the most serious impact of all the selected substances on the health and lives of the employees. In the conclusion, the thesis assesses the current state of protection of employees against the risk of dangerous substances spill and suggests further measures to reinforce the protection.
