Analýza bezpečnosti a ochrany objektu administrativní budovy v Praze

Abstract

Cílem této práce je analýza bezpečnosti a ochrany administrativní budovy v Praze. Výstupy z provedených analýz byly použity pro následná doporučení pro posílení bezpečnosti objektu. Čerpané informace byly převážně z domácích zdrojů. Dále byly využity vlastní znalosti daného objektu a jeho areálu. První část práce se snaží přiblížit problematiku technické ochrany, bezpečnostního posouzení, řízení rizik v objektu a vybraných metod analýzy rizik. Její součástí je stanovení hypotéz, které jsou ověřovány v praktické části práce. Vlastní provedení multikriteriální analýzy rizik a SWOT analýzy je stěžejní náplní pro praktickou část práce a pro potvrzení či vyvrácení hypotéz. Cílem provedení těchto analýz je zjištění nedostatků v bezpečnosti objektu. Provedeným výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že administrativní budova má určitá slabá místa, zejména v oblasti vstupu do objektu, pro která byla následně navržena vhodná opatření.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the security and protection of administrative building in Prague. The results of the analysis were used for recommendations for enhancing the safety of the building. All information was mostly from domestic sources. In addition, knowledge of the building and its premises was used. The first part of the thesis tries to approach the issues of technical protection, safety assessment, risk management in the building and selected methods of risk analysis. It includes hypotheses that are verified in the practical part of the thesis. The implementation of the multicriteria risk analysis and the SWOT analysis is a key factor for the practical part of the thesis and for confirming or dispute the hypotheses. The purpose of these analyses is to identify deficiencies in the security of the object. The research revealed that the office building has some weaknesses, especially around entrance area of the building, for which appropriate measures were proposed.
