Analýza připravenosti nemocnice Kladno na mimořádné události a aktivaci traumatologického plánu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou připravenosti kladenské nemocnice na mimořádné události a aktivací traumatologického plánu se zaměřením na mimořádné události s hromadným postižením zdraví. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny nejdůležitější pojmy, které se dané problematiky týkají a platná legislativa. Dále se tato část zabývá krizovou připraveností ve zdravotnictví, kde rozebírá přednemocniční neodkladnou péči, třídění osob a napojení přednemocniční neodkladné péče na nemocniční neodkladnou péči. V neposlední řadě je zde popsán traumatologický plán se všemi jeho náležitostmi a charakteristika vybrané nemocnice. Praktická část je rozdělena na pět podkapitol. První z nich se zabývá detailním rozborem stávajícího traumatologického plánu nemocnice. Ve Středočeském kraji se nachází kromě kladenské nemocnice ještě dvě nemocnice se zřízeným urgentním příjmem, a to nemocnice v Příbrami a v Mladé Boleslavi. S těmito dvěma nemocnicemi byla v druhé podkapitole provedena komparace. V následující podkapitole bylo popsáno prověřovací cvičení, které probíhalo na podzim minulého roku a kterého jsem byla svědkem. V předposlední podkapitole byla vypracována SWOT analýza daného traumaplánu. Ze získaných poznatků byly v poslední podkapitole vypracovány návrhy na případné změny, které by pomohly stávající traumatologický plán učinit efektivnějším.

The diploma thesis analyses the preparedness of the Regional Hospital in Kladno for emergencies and the activation of a traumatological plan focusing on emergencies with a mass bodily harm. The theoretical part introduces the most significant concepts related to the issue and the relevant legislation in force. Furthermore, this part discusses the crisis preparedness in the healthcare area, analyzing the pre-hospital urgent care, sorting of patients and linking of the pre-hospital urgent care to the hospital urgent care. Last but not least, this part describes the traumatological plan including all its essential parts, as well as the characteristic features of the selected hospital. The practical part is divided into five subchapters. The first one analyses the existing traumatological plan of the hospital in detail. There are two other hospitals having an emergency admission in the Central Bohemian Region in addition to the Kladno hospital, in particular the hospitals in Příbram and in Mladá Boleslav. The second subchapter compares these two hospitals to the one in Kladno. The next subchapter describes a testing drill that was held during the last autumn and which the author could observe. The last but one subchapter provides a SWOT analysis of the traumaplan. Based on the information acquired, the last subchapter suggests possible changes which might be implemented to improve the effectiveness of the existing traumatological plan.
