Bilance screeningového programu karcinomu děložního čípku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo stanovení výsledné ekonomické bilance screeningového programu karcinomu děložního čípku pro poskytovatele zdravotních služeb. Pro identifikaci základních procesů screeningového programu a zhodnocení procesů probíhajících na pracovištích byly použity metody: Mapa procesů a metoda 5S. Dále byla provedena analýza věcného a technického vybavení a také personálního obsazení pracovišť. Na základě provedené analýzy procesů a následném stanovení nákladů a výnosů pracovišť byla sestavena ekonomická bilance programu. Výsledkem ekonomické bilance sestavené pro cytologickou laboratoř za rok 2016 je po zdanění zisk ve výši 2 038 843,19 Kč. Pro gynekologickou ambulanci je výsledkem ekonomické bilance za rok 2016 zisk ve výši 553 615,13 Kč (po zdanění). Výsledky diplomové práce ukazují, že poskytování služeb v rámci screeningového programu je pro poskytovatele těchto služeb z ekonomického hlediska velmi výhodné.

The aim of the thesis was to determine final economic evaluation of a cervical cancer screening programme for health care providers. There were used two methods for identification of basic processes of the screening programme and for processes at the workplaces: the map of processes and the 5S method. Further the analysis of technical equipment and staffing of the workplaces was performed. The economic evaluation of the programme was compiled based on the analysis of the processes and subsequent determination of costs and revenues of workplaces. The result of the economic evaluation for the cytology laboratory for year 2016 is earnings after taxes of 2 038 843,19 Kč. The result of the economic evaluation for the gynaecological clinic for year 2016 is earnings after taxes of 553 615,13 Kč. Results of the thesis indicate that the provision of services under the screening programme is very economically advantageous for the providers of these services.
