Postavení nekonvenční a komplementární léčby v České republice

Abstract

Diplomová práce s názvem postavení nekonvenční a komplementární léčby v České republice se zabývá zhodnocením rizik a přínosů v oblasti Tradiční čínské medicíny. Teoretická část se zabývá postavením nekonvenční a komplementární léčby ve vybraných systémech, dále zmapováním způsobu institucionalizovanosti a proplácení této péče ve vybraných zemích. Praktická část se zabývá identifikací alternativ nekonvenčního způsobu léčby vybraných onemocnění. Ve spolupráci s vybraným zdravotnickým zařízením byly kontaktováni pacienti využívající TČM a následně jako pilotní výzkum byly vypracovány případové studie, na jejichž základě byly zhodnoceny přínosy TČM. Další část práce se zabývá financováním léčby v této oblasti a následně byl pomocí výpočtu Budget Impact Analysis odhadnut dopad na rozpočet při zavedení TČM do veřejného zdravotnictví. Závěrem byla identifikována rizika v oblasti TČM a na základě toho byla zpracována analýza rizik pomocí matice rizik a metodou FMEA. Závěrem byly poznatky diskutovány ve vztahu k možnosti proplácení TČM v kombinaci s konvenčním typem léčby z veřejného zdravotního pojištění a bylo navrženo doporučení pro český systém v této oblasti.

The tittle of this dissertation is The Status of the nonconventional and complementary medicine in the Czech Republic and the assessment of risks and benefits of the Traditional Chinese Medicine. The theoretical part deals with the status of nonconventional and complementary medicine in selected systems and analyse ways of the institutionalisation and reimbursement of this type of care in the selected countries. The practical part introduces the nonconventional medicine alternatives in the treatment for the selected diseases. In a cooperation with the Czech medical facilities were contacted the patients whose are using the Traditional Chinese Medicine and the pilot studies of their cases were made to evaluate the benefits of the TCM for their health. The next part deals with the financial support of this type of care and by using the Budget Impact Analysis was calculated a possible impact on the Czech healthcare financing system budget if the financing of the TCM was included in the public healthcare system. In the conclusion the risks in the field of TCM were identified, based on the analysis of the risks by using the FMEA method and risk matrix. In the discussion part this dissertation the gained knowledge were introduced and the recommendation for the Czech healthcare financing system in the field of the TCM was proposed.
