Klinicko-ekonomická analýza provozu a efektivity využití peroperační magnetické rezonance

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá klinicko-ekonomickou analýzou provozu a efektivity využití peroperační magnetické rezonance. Dále se práce věnuje hodnocení peroperační magnetické rezonance z hlediska nákladů na provoz a klinickými efekty, které vznikají při operacích nádorů mozku. V teoretické části práce jsou hodnoceny možné indikace a klinické využití peroperační magnetické rezonance. Praktická část hodnotí náklady na provoz peroperační magnetické rezonance a pomocí multikriteriálního hodnocení byl stanoven výsledný efekt dvou porovnávaných variant - použití peroperační magnetické rezonance během operace a konvenční neurochirurgické operace. Ve spolupráci s vybraným zdravotnickým zařízením byla zpracována analýza nákladové efektivity porovnávaných variant a citlivostní analýza výsledků. Na závěr byla provedena analýza rizik v rámci hodnocení využití peroperační magnetické rezonance.

The master´s thesis deals with the clinical and economic analysis of the operation and the effectiveness of use of intraoperative MRI. Further, the master´s thesis deals with the evaluation of intraoperative magnetic resonance in terms of operating costs and clinical effects, which form during brain tumor operations. In the theoretical part of the thesis are evaluated possible indications and clinical use of intraoperative magnetic resonance. The practical part evaluates the costs of operation of intraoperative magnetic resonance and the result of two comparative variants - the use of intraoperative magnetic resonance during surgery and conventional neurosurgical surgery was determined by means of a multi-criteria evaluation. In cooperation with the selected health care facility, an analysis of the cost effectiveness of the compared variants and the sensitivity analysis of the results was carried out. In conclusion, a risk analysis was performed in the evaluation of the use of intraoperative magnetic resonance.
