Tvorba finančního modelu čistírny odpadních vod pro hodnocení investice v rámci Public Private Partnership projektu.

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je vytvoření finančního modelu výstaby či rekonstrukce a následného provozu ČOV v rámci koncese. V první části práce jsou zpracována teoretická východiska, týkající se technik valuace a hodnocení investic, finančního modelování a PPP. V praktické části jsou nejprve představeny klíčové ekonomické, technické a organizační náležitosti projektu. Následně je představena struktura finančního modelu. Poté jsou popsány jednotlivé moduly vstupních předpokladů, logika prováděných výpočtů a jejich transformace na požadované výstupy. Hlavními výstupy modelu jsou VZZ, několik druhů CF pro různé fáze projektu a Rozvaha. V rámci finančního modelu je také provedeno zhodnocení realizovatelnosti projektu pomocí ukazatelů NPV, IRR, doby návratnosti a klíčových poměrových ukazatelů, vyžadovaných bankami.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the creation of a financial model of construction or reconstruction with further operations of WWTP within the concession. In the first part of the thesis, there is examined the theoretical basis of valuation techniques, investment evaluation methods, financial modeling, and PPP. In the practical part, firstly, the key economic, technical and organizational aspects of the project are introduced. Subsequently, the structure of the financial model is introduced. Afterward, individual modules of input assumptions, the logic of calculations performed and its transformation into demanded outputs is described. The main outputs of this model are the P&L statement, several variations of CF for different stages of the project and the Balance sheet. The financial model also includes the assessment of the project´s feasibility with the help of indicators such as NPV, IRR, the payback period and key relative indicators required by banks.
