Posouzení strategie strojírenské společnosti

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je provést externí a interní analýzu strojírenské společnosti RATAJ a.s. a navrhnout budoucí strategické směřování společnosti. Zkoumaná společnost je rodinnou firmou, která se především zabývá výrobou bezosých spirálových dopravníků. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou vysvětleny odborné pojmy spojené se strategií, strategickou analýzou nebo vysvětlení pojmu SWOT analýza. Tyto pojmy jsou dále použity v praktické části diplomové práce. Praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá celkovým představením společnosti a výrobním aktivitám. Pomocí externí a interní analýzy jsou popsány faktory působící na společnost. Po zpracování SWOT analýzy jsou představeny tři možné varianty strategického plánu, z nichž jsem vybral jednu, která je vhodná pro realizaci. V závěru je diplomová práce zhodnocena.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to make the external and internal analysis of the engineering company RATAJ a.s. and to design the future strategic direction of the company. The research is focused on the family company, which is concerned with the production of shaftless spiral conveyors. Expert terms connected to the strategy, strategy analysis or the term SWOT analysis are explained in the theoretical part of the diploma thesis. These terms are used in the practical part of the diploma thesis. The practical part of the diploma thesis is concerned with the general presentation and its production activities. The factors affecting society are defined on the grounds of external and internal analyses. Based on the SWOT analysis, three possible variants of the strategic plan are presented, one of which is suitable for the implementation. Finally, the overall evaluation of the diploma thesis is carried out.
