Vývoj a výroba freeform etalonu pro periodické zkoušky CMM

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací obecných tvarových ploch v praxi. Popisuje výrobní technologie, které se využívají při jejich výrobě. Pomocí parametrického modelování je vytvořen CAD model etalonu, který je určen pro periodické zkoušky na CMM. Pomocí různých strategií obrábění, řezných podmínek a frézovacích nástrojů je vyrobeno devět vzorků. Tyto vzorky jsou mezi sebou porovnávány z hlediska chyby tvaru obecné tvarové plochy, kvality povrchu a času obrábění. V závěru práce je zhodnocení všech výsledků obrábění.

This thesis deals with application of freeform surfaces into practice. It describes the manufacturing technologies employed in its production. With the help of parametrical modelling a CAD model of etalon is created which is designated for periodical examination on CMM. Nine samples are produced with the help of various strategies of machining, tipping condition and milling tools. These samples are compared to each other from the aspect of fault in shape of the freeform surface, quality of the surface and the time of machining. In the conclusion of the thesis there is an evaluation of every result of the machining.
