Zdroje finančního krytí na výstavbu sportovních staveb

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je zmapování situace v oblasti výstavby budov pro sport v České Republice. Postavení tělovýchovy a její návaznosti na MŠMT. Dotační programy spojené s daným tématem, finanční objemy a předpoklady výše investic. Investice budou porovnány z pohledu veřejného i soukromého. Součástí práce bude i praktický příklad obsahující přípravu a výstavbu víceúčelové stavby ve variantních řešeních včetně posouzení a využití rozhodovacích metod pro investory.

The main goal of this diploma thesis is to map the situation in the department of construction of buildings for sport in Czech Republic. The sport position and its link to the Ministry of education youth and sports. Grant programmes connected to the topic, financial bulk and assumptions of amount of investments. The investments will be compared in public and private perspective. Part of the thesis will focus on practical example containing preparation and construction of multipurpose building in several solutions including appraisal and usage of decretive methods for investors.
