Analýza procesů a specifikace požadavků na informační systém pro projektový management

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat současné nastavení procesů výzkumné agentury a specifikovat požadavky na nový informační systém pro projektový management. Výsledkem práce je ekonomické zhodnocení investice do informačního systému pro projektový management a návrh úpravy procesů. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou popsány témata a metody, které jsou využity v praktické části. Jedná se o informační systémy, projektový management, metodiky zápisu procesů a metody ekonomického hodnocení investic. Praktická část se skládá z představení společnosti, analýzy současně nastavených procesů, návrhu změn procesů a specifikací požadavků na informační systém pro projektový management, výběru informačního systému pro projektový management a ekonomického hodnocení investice do informačního systému pro projektový management.

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to analyse the current setting of the research agency processes and to specify requirements for a new information system for project management. The result of the thesis is the economic evaluation of the investment in the information system for project management and the design of the processes. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes topics and methods that are used in the practical part. These are information systems, project management, process enrolment methodology and methods of economic evaluation of investments. The practical part consists of introducing the company, analysing the currently set processes, designing process changes and specifying requirements for the information system for project management, selecting the information system for project management and economic evaluation of investment in the information system for project management.
