Studie proveditelnosti otevření španělského tapas baru

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování studie proveditelnosti otevření španělského tapas baru v Praze. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je na základě odborných zdrojů podán výklad týkající se charakteristiky projektu s návazností na osnovu a specifikaci jednotlivých částí studie proveditelnosti. Praktická část práce je orientována na zpracování studie proveditelnosti konkrétního investičního záměru s využitím teoretických poznatků z první části práce. Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování studie proveditelnosti a následné ekonomické zhodnocení a vyhodnocení realizovatelnosti daného podniku.

The aim of the diploma thesis is the elaboration a feasibility study of the opening of the Spanish tapas bar in Prague. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, based on expert sources, an explanation is given on the characteristics of the project with a linkage to the outline and the specification of the individual parts of the feasibility study. The practical part of the thesis is oriented on the elaboration of a feasibility study of a particular investment plan using the theoretical knowledge from the first part of the thesis. The aim of the diploma thesis is to prepare a feasibility study and the subsequent economic evaluation and evaluation of the feasibility of the given enterprise.
