Optimalizace dvoudobého motocyklového motoru

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem dvoutaktního motocyklového spalovacího motoru o zdvihovém objemu 250 cm3. Motor vychází z návrhu pana Ing. Králíka, který upravuje konvenční dmychadlo dvoutaktního motoru. Cílem práce bylo seznámení se s problematikou dvoutaktních motorů a návrh vhodného 1D modelu motoru. Na modelu byla následně optimalizována základní geometrie, sací a výfukové potrubí a objem dmychadla. Zjištěné parametry budou následně použity pro 3D model motoru, na kterém budou ověřeny všechny použité předpoklady.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a motorcycle two-stroke engine with a cylinder capacity 250 ccm. The engine is based on Ing. Kralik's design which changes the conventional blower of the two-stroke engine. The aim of this thesis is to find out the issues of the two-stroke engine and to design a 1D model. The model was optimized in the terms of the basic geometry, the intake and the exhaust pipes and the capacity of the blower. The detected parameters will be used for the 3D model of the engine which will be used for the verification of my assumptions.
