Syndrom vyhoření u vedoucích v dětských dobrovolnických organizacích

Abstract

Cílem práce je zjistit, zda se objevuje syndrom vyhoření u vedoucích dobrovolnických organizací pracujících s dětmi (konkrétně bude zjišťováno u organizace Junák - český skaut, z. s.) a zda jsou s problematikou syndromu vyhoření seznámeni. Bakalářská práce je teoreticko - empirická, první část obsahuje analýzu současné odborné literatury v oblasti syndromu vyhoření a představení specifik dobrovolnické práce. V druhé části je použita metodologie smíšeného výzkumu - kombinace dotazníku syndromu vyhoření a kvalitativních polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s ohroženými vedoucími. V rámci teoretické části je popsán pojem jako syndrom vyhoření, jak vzniká, jeho příčiny a důsledky. Zároveň je uvedeno, jak syndromu vyhoření předcházet, základní psychohygienické techniky a představena konkrétní dobrovolnická organizace Junák - český skaut, z. s. V praktické části je proveden výzkum pomocí nestandardizovaného anonymního dotazníku s minimálním počtem 50 respondentů. Kritériem výběru respondentů je jejich vedoucí pozice v neziskových organizacích pracující s mládeží (převážně organizace Junák - český skaut, z. s.). Následně získané odpovědi jsou vyhodnoceny, je sledována korelace s pohlavím, délkou jejich dobrovolnické činnosti a funkcí v organizaci.

The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the burnout syndrome occurs in coun-selors of volunteer organizations working with children (specifically, surveyed in Junák - Czech Scout organization) and whether the counselors are familiar with the burnout syndrome phenomenon. This bachelor thesis is both theoretical and empirical: the first part contains state-of-the-art literature review in the area of burnout syndrome and a brief introduction to the specifics of volunteer work. The second part uses mixed research methodology - a combination of a burnout syndrome test and qualitative semi-structured interviews with endangered counselors. The theoretical part describes terms such as burnout syndrome, its genesis, causes and consequences. Moreover, we present how to prevent the burnout syndrome, the basic techniques of psychic hygiene and we provide a description of the Junák - Czech scout volunteer organization. In the practical part, a research is carried out using a non-standardized anonymous questionnaire with at least 50 respondents. The criterion for the selection of respondents was their leading position in non-profit organizations working with youth (mostly, Junák - Czech Scout organization). Subsequent responses are evaluated, and correlations with gender, length of their volunteer activity and organization functions are found.
