Srovnání vybraných letišť ve střední Evropě z pohledu cestujícího

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je porovnání vybraných letišť centrální Evropy, tedy Letiště Václava Havla v Praze, Vienna International Airport a Dresden International Airport. V teoretické části práce jsou blíže popsána jednotlivá letiště, včetně stručné historie a jejich provozních výsledků. Praktická část obsahuje jak obecná, tak subjektivní srovnání úrovně a množství služeb jednotlivých letišť, která jsou výsledkem rešerší a dotazníku. Výsledky těchto srovnání jsou uvedené v závěru.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is comparison of selected airports in central Europe, namely Václav Havel Airport in Prague, Vienna International Airport and Dresden International Airport. In the theoretical part of the thesis are described in detail the individual airports, including a brief history and their operational results. The practical part contains both a general and a subjective comparison of the level and number of services of individual airports resulting from searches and questionnaires. The results of these comparisons are summarized below.
