Integrace Revizního procesu do Google Docs

Abstract

Tato práce řeší současny proces tvorby a úpravy webovych stránek FIT ČVUT v Praze a to především schvalovací části toho procesu. Cílem práce je tento proces zefektivnit. Tohoto cíle práce dosahuje analyzou procesu, jednotlivych rolí, problémů, požadavků a technologií s ním souvisejících a následnym návrhem a implementací doplňku do těchto technologií. Jedná se zejména integraci revizního procesu do cloudovych služeb Google Docs a Trello. Doplněk je implementován v jazyku Google Apps Script v prostředí Google Docs odkud je propojen s dalšími webovymi službami, jako je Trello, Google Sheets, Firebase a další.

This thesis elaborates current process of creation and editing the website of FIT CTU in Prague. Primarily it deals with revisions of the creation and editing. Main goal of the thesis is to make the process more efficient. This goal is achieved by proper analysis of the process, its roles, issues, requirements and related technologies. That is followed by design and implementation of Google Docs addon. The addon is implemented in Google Apps Script programming language and it is connected with other web services like Trello, Google Sheets, Firebase and more.
