Analýza možnosti zavedení automatických náhrad za nedodržení standardů kvality dodávky elektřiny v ČR

Abstract

Obsahem této bakalářské práce je porovnání situace ohledně kvality dodávek elektřiny v České republice a v zahraničí a především hlavní část poté věnuji zavedení automatických náhrad v České republice. V práci nejdříve rozebírám, jak se v České republice hodnotí toto odvětví především pomocí vyhlášek, tak poté uvádím samotnou kvalitu dodávek u nás pomocí souhrnných zpráv. K porovnání se zahraničím se nejlépe hodí CEER 6th Benchmarking, který vystihuje danou situaci nejlépe a umožňuje mi porovnat i ukazatele nepřetržitosti. V další části, která je věnována automatickým náhradám, nejprve uvádím situaci, jak by se daly v České republice, dle mého názoru, tyto automatické náhrady zavést. V další části se věnuji především hodnocení a porovnání důsledků zavedení těchto náhrad.

The content of this bachelor thesis is comparison of the situation dedicated to the quality of electricity supply in the Czech Republic and abroad and the main part dedicates to introduction of automatic compensations in the Czech Republic. At first, I analyze the way, how the Czech Republic rate this branch by decrees and then I present the quality of electricity supply by summary reports. I used the CEER 6th Benchmarking to compare the Czech Republic with other countries, because it suits the best for this situation and it allows me to compare the indicators of continuity. In the next part, which dedicated to automatic compensations, I first point out the way how the compensations could be introduced in the Czech Republic, in my opinion. In the next part, I dedicate mainly the evaluation and comparison of the consequences of introducing the compensations.
