Podnikatelský plán realizace chytrých zahrad

Abstract

V práci je zpracován kompletní podnikatelský plán pro firmu, zabývající se realizací chytrých zahrad. V první části je popsáno technologické řešení chytrých zahrad. Nejprve je popsán řídící systém, jeho základní prvky a způsob ovládání. Dále jsou zde podrobně popsána jednotlivá dílčí řešení zahradních instalací. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou trhu a také popisem fungování, strukturou a majetkem nové firmy. Ve třetí části je vytvořen ekonomický plán pro firmu, včetně rozpočtů jednotlivých zakázek, rozvahy a výsledovek.

The thesis is a complete business plan for a company, that focus on building smart gardens. The first part describes the technological solution of smart gardens. There is a main control system description and a description of its basic elements. In addition, there are descriptions of individual partial solutions for garden installations. The second part deals with the market analysis and with the description of the operation, structure and property of the new company. The third part is an economic plan for the company, including the project budgets, balance sheet and profit and loss statements.
