Příprava a výcvik pořádkových jednotek Policie České republiky na mimořádné události

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je problematika přípravy a výcviku pořádkových jednotek Policie ČR na mimořádné události. Práce jak již z názvu vyplývá, je zaměřena na zhodnocení přípravy policistů a vzájemnou spolupráci pořádkových jednotek při zákrocích pod jednotným velením. Teoretická část se věnuje vysvětlení základních pojmů, organizaci, dělení jednotlivých pořádkových jednotek, postupy, legislativu a výcvik pořádkových jednotek. V empirické části práce jsou vymezeny hypotézy a je popsán výzkumný vzorek i metody výzkumu. V metodické části je cílem zjistit jaký názor mají policisté zařazení v pořádkových jednotkách na kvalitu výcviku a zvládání zákroků pod jednotným velením, které mohou být negativně ovlivněny nekvalitním výcvikem nebo vybavením. Praktická výzkumná část, která se věnuje stanovým cílům a hypotézám, které budou verifikovány nebo falzifikovány, byla zpracována za pomocí zjištěných údajů anonymního dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo mezi členy pořádkových jednotek Policie ČR a následně vyhodnocena pomocí grafů. V diskuzi byla provedena komparace zjištěných výsledků a tyto výsledky byly porovnány s výsledky jiných autorů. V závěru bakalářské práce bude uvedeno souhrnné zhodnocení. Cílem práce bylo zjistit nedostatky ve výcviku a pokusit navrhnout řešení, které by mohlo přispět ke zlepšení.

The content of the bachelor thesis is the issue of the preparation and training of police units of the Czech Police for extraordinary events. The work is focused on the evaluation of the preparation of police officers and the co-operation of the police units in the procedures under united command. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of basic concepts, organization, division of individual units, procedures, legislation and training of command units. In the empirical part of the thesis there are defined hypotheses and a research sample and methods of research are described. In the methodological part, the aim is to find out what kind of opinions police officers have about the quality of training and coping with unified command that can be negatively affected by poor training or equipment. The practical research part deals with the set objectives and hypotheses to be verified or falsified, was processed using the data of the anonymous questionnaire survey, which was carried out among the members of the police units of the Police of the Czech Republic and subsequently evaluated using graphs. The comparison of the results was compared and the results were compared to the results of other authors. At the end of the bachelor thesis, a summary assessment will be presented. The aim of the work was to identify shortcomings in the training and try to propose solutions that could contribute to improvement.
