Vybrané metody vyšetření heteroforie a jejich srovnání

Abstract

V bakalářské práci se zaměřuji především na problematiku vyšetření binokulárního vidění s důrazem na diagnostiku dekompenzované heteroforie. Znalost fyziologie binokulárního vidění je nezbytná pro posouzení binokulárních abnormalit, a tudíž je v této práci stručně popsána. V praxi existuje veliké množství testů a metod pro vyšetření heteroforie. Jednotlivé testy a metody jsou popsány a porovnány na základě provedených výzkumů. Přístupy ke korekci heteroforie se často mezi odborníky liší. Tato práce shrnuje poznatky z odborných studií, které by v budoucnosti mohly vést ke spolehlivé a efektivní metodice pro korekci dekompenzované heteroforie. Praktická část se zabývá porovnáním dvou běžně používaných metod pro předpis prizmatické korekce a symptomatologií heteroforie.

The bachelor thesis focuses mainly on the issue of binocular vision examination with emphasis on the diagnosis of decompensated heterophoria. The knowledge of the physiology of binocular vision is essential for the assessment of binocular abnormalities and is therefore briefly described in this work. In optometry practice, there are a lot of tests and methods for testing heterophoria. Individual tests and methods are described and compared on the basis of research. Approaches to correcting heterophoria varies a lot among professionals. This paper sums up findings from previous researches that could lead to a reliable and effective methodology for correcting decompensated heterophoria. Practical part of the paper deals with comparison of two commonly used methods for prism prescribing and symptomatology of heterophoria.
