Souvislost refrakční vady a zrakové ostrosti s utvořením oční dominance

Abstract

Tato práce se věnuje tématu oční dominance. Oční dominanci chápeme jako tendenci upřednostňování vizuálního podnětu jednoho oka před tím druhým. V praxi se oční dominance vyšetřuje jen zřídka. Přesto jsou případy, u kterých je nezbytně nutné oční dominanci zjistit a zohlednit. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a experimentální. V úvodu teoretické části práce je popsán obecný pojem lateralita, ze kterého oční dominance vychází. Dále se teoretická část věnuje už pouze jen oční dominanci s důrazem na klasifikaci, vyšetření, ovlivňující faktory a případy, ve kterých je oční dominanci nutné zjišťovat. V této práci je oční dominance členěna do 3 skupin - tj. senzorická, ,,sighting" a motorická oční dominance. Experimentální část se věnuje zpracování a porovnávání dat naměřených od 50 probandů, a je v ní zjišťována míra souvislosti mezi uvedenými faktory a utvářením oční dominance pomocí stanovených hypotéz. Je zde dokázána souvislost mezi lepší zrakovou ostrostí, nižší hypermetropickou a vyšší myopickou vadou a utvořením oční dominance.

This thesis deals with the ocular dominance. Ocular dominance is understood as a tendency to favor the visual stimulus of one eye before the other. In practice, ocular dominance is rarely examined. Nevertheless, there are cases where it is absolutely necessary to examine and take ocular dominance into account. This thesis is divided in two parts - theoretical and experimental. At the beginning of the theoretical part there is general term laterality described which is basis of the ocular dominance. Next the theoretical part is focused on ocular dominance only with emphasis on its classification and examination, influencing factors and on cases in which is necessary to examine the ocular dominance. In this thesis ocular dominance is divided into 3 groups - sensory, sighting and motor eye dominance. The experimental part deals with the processing and comparison of the 50 probands's measured data and there is determined the degree of correlation between influencing factors and the formation of ocular dominance through established hypotheses. The relationship between better visual acuity, lower hypermetropic and higher myopic defect and the formation of the ocular dominance is proved in this part.
