Vliv CXL na astigmatismus zadní plochy rohovky u pacientů s keratokonem

Abstract

Abstrakt: Tato práce se zabývá metodou CXL, jejím vlivem na astigmatismus zadní plochy rohovky u pacientů, kteří trpí onemocněním keratokonus. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena na kapitoly, které se podrobně věnuji rohovce, keratokonu, metodám diagnostiky tohoto onemocnění a na konec samotné metod CXL. Praktická část práce se zabývá vlivem CXL s abrazí epitelu a CXL bez abraze epitelu na zadní plochu rohovky a vlivem na nekorigovanou a korigovanou zrakovou ostrost

Abstract: This thesis deals with the CXL method, the effect on astigmatism of the corneal back surface in patients suffering from keratoconus disease. The theoretical part of work is divided into chapters dealing in detail with the cornea, keratoconus, methods of diagnosis of this disease and end of the CXL itself. The practical part deals with the influence of CXL with epithelial abrasion and CXL without epithelial abrasion on the back surface of the cornea and influence on uncorrected and corrected visual acuity.
