Porovnání vyšetření subjektivní refrakce na foropteru a s pomocí zkušební obruby

Abstract

Práce porovnává dvě metody subjektivní refrakce – refrakci na foropteru a refrakci se zkušební obrubou a brýlovou skříní. Teoretická část práce rozebírá jednotlivé refrakční vady a jejich korekci, následně postup refrakce u objektivních i subjektivních metod. Blíže popisuje subjektivní refrakci na foropteru, se zkušební obrubou a výhody těchto vyšetření . Praktická část práce je zaměřena na vyšetřování probandů oběma metodami při stejném postupu refrakce, porovnáním výsledných hodnot a zjištěním preferencí vyšetřovaných, i vyšetřujících odborníků.

The work compares two methods of subjective refraction - refraction on phoropter and refraction with a trial frame and trial lenses. The theoretical part of the work analyzes concrete refractive errors and their correction, further the process of objective and subjective refraction. More closely describes the subjective refraction on phoropter, with a trial frame and the advantages of these examinations. The practical part of the work focuses on examination of probands by both methods in the same procedure of refraction , comparison of final results and identification of preferences of probands and optometrists as well.
