Vrstvové technologie v elektronice

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá technologií tenkých a především tlustých vrstev. Popisuje materiály a postupy pro realizaci obou těchto vrstev. Rozebírá a porovnává základní vlastnosti těchto struktur. Druhá část této práce je věnována tvorbě tlustovrstvých vzorků z vodivých a odporových past na substráty z korundové keramiky za použití ručního sítotisku. U vytvořených vzorků je dále prozkoumán a zhodnocen vliv několika parametrů a to především šířky vrstvy na jejich odpor.

This thesis deals with the technology of thin and especially thick films. It describes the materials and procedures for implementing both of these films. It analyzes and compares the basic properties of these structures. The second part of this thesis is focused on the fabrication of thick-film samples from conductive and resistive inks on substrates of corundum ceramics using manual screen printing technology. The effects of several parameters of the fabricated samples are further investigated and evaluated, especially the effect of the width of the film on the resistance of the samples.
