UV - VIS spektroskopie pro detekci znečištění odmašťovacích lázní.

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou procesu odmaštění povrchu. Jsou zde popsány technologie odmašťování povrchu. Dále metody kontroly kvality odmaštění a metody kontroly znečistění lázně. Praktická část se zabývá kontrolou provozuschopnosti lázně. Cílem této práce je prozkoumat možnost využití UV-VIS spektroskopie pro kontrolu odmašťovací lázně. V experimentální části je kladen důraz na měření fluorescence kapalin v kombinaci s běžně používanými metodami měření vodivosti a pH.

This thesis deals with the surface degreasing process. Surface degreasing technology is described herein, together with methods of quality control of degreasing and methods for controlling the pollution of the bath. The practical part deals with checking the serviceability of the bath. The aim of this work is to investigate the possibility of using UV-VIS spectroscopy for the control of the degreasing bath. The main emphasis in the experimental part is to measure the fluorescence of fluids in combination with commonly used conductivity and pH measurement methods.
