Ověření metodiky pro měření drsnosti povrchu na konfokálním mikroskopu Olympus LEXT

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dotykové a bezdotykové (konfokální) metody měření drsnosti povrchu a porovnání jejich hodnot mezi sebou, zda jsou stejné, nebo se k sobě blíží. V první části práce je teoretické seznámení se s problematikou. V praktické části práce je uveden experiment a jeho hodnoty, které jsou mezi sebou porovnány. V závěru práce je uvedeno celkové zhodnocení experimentu.

This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of contact and non- contact (confocal) method of surface roughness measurement and comparison of their values between themselves, if they are the same or close together. The first part of the thesis is a theoretical introduction to the problem. In the practical part of the thesis is presented the experiment and its values which are compared with each other. At the end of the thesis an overall evaluation of the experiment is given.
