Kalkulace zemních prací

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá kalkulací nákladů a stanovením ceny zemních prací v oblasti silničního stavitelství. Jednotlivé kapitoly analyzují přímé a nepřímé náklady, hlavní pozornost práce je zaměřena na mzdové náklady a náklady spojené s provozem stavebních strojů včetně určení počtu strojohodin nově navržených strojních sestav, které využívají moderní technologie. Pro kalkulaci nákladů a návrh nových směrných cen jsou jako reprezentanti zvoleny nejčastěji se ve stavebních zakázkách objevující položky, jejichž strojní sestava obsahuje dozer. V druhé části se práce zaměřuje na stanovení sazby strojohodiny při vlastnictví stroje v závislosti na použití různých metod účetních odpisů a využití financování leasingem. V závěru diplomové práce shrnuje veškeré nové návrhy nově navržený interaktivní formulář nastavení přímých a nepřímých nákladů pro oceňovací software Kros Plus.

The thesis is concerned with costs calculation and price determination of earthworks in field of road construction. Individual chapters analyses direct and indirect costs, the main attention is focused on wage costs and costs of plant operation including setting the number of plant working hours of newly designed plant, which uses modern technologies. As a representative is chosen the item of topsoil removing for the costs calculation and new price design, which is mostly occured in construction contracts in the earthworks in road or building construction. There is thesis focused on determination of plant working hours charge for own plant in case of calculation different account depreciation method and leasing financing in the second part. All new proposals are summarized in newly designed interactive table for setting in the pricing software Kros Plus in the end of the thesis.
