Konstrukční návrh objektu Domova pro seniory v Praze

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je konstrukční návrh objektu Domova pro seniory v Praze, který by vyhovoval dnešním požadavkům na stavby podle platných norem. Jedná se o komplexní návrh počínající dokumentací stavební části v rozsahu rozšířené dokumentace k územnímu řízení, vypracování skladeb konstrukcí a jejich posouzení na tepelnou techniku a akustiku, koncept požární bezpečnosti, která bude zaměřená zejména na evakuaci osob. Součástí práce je i statický návrh konstrukce vybraných prvků, založení objektu a specifikace geologických poměrů základové spáry.

The subject of this thesis is the constructional design of the Senior Home in Prague that would meet today's requirements for buildings according to current standards. It is a complex design that begins with building documentation in the scope of extended documentation for planning procedure, the elaboration of building structures and assessment of thermal technology and acoustics, fire safety concept, which will be mainly focused on the evacuation of people. The work also includes the static constructional design of selected components, base building con-struction and specifications of geological proportion of the foundation base.
