| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce popisuje organizační struktury malých stavebních společností. V teoretické části se zabývá teorií řízení firem a různými typy organizačních struktur. Praktická část popisuje konkrétní stavební společnost SUPER SAN s.r.o. v první části popisuje současný stav společnosti, zejména organizační strukturu a vztahy mezi řídícími pracovníky a odkrývá nedostatky. Poslední část navrhuje úpravy, které by měly vést ke zvýšení efektivity práce s ohledem na budoucí růst společnosti. | cze |
