Rozvoj malé stavební firmy v příhraničním regionu

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh nových alternativ rozvoje malé stavební firmy po stránce teoretické, a následně praktické u společnosti Elkona CZ, s.r.o. Příležitostí, jakým směrem by se firmy mohly dále ubírat je nespočet, ovšem je nutné tyto alternativy předem podrobně prozkoumat a vyhodnotit jejich finanční výhodnost. Ve stavebnictví je tato problematika ovlivněna řadou vnitřních i vnějších faktorů. Analyzován je vývoj stavebnictví v České republice a to i v podrobnosti situace v jednotlivých regionech, zejména příhraničních. Firma Elkona CZ s.r.o. sídlí v příhraničním okrese Rychnov nad Kněžnou a předmětem jejího podnikaní je zejména provádění staveb, jejich změn a odstraňování a zednictví. V části práce je popsán a pomocí finanční analýzy vyhodnocen současný stav ve společnosti. Následně jsou navrženy jednotlivé možnosti rozvoje firmy a vyhodnoceny pomocí analýzy vnějšího prostředí, návrhu pořízení nové potřebné mechanizace, SWOT analýzy a za využití metody RIPRAN. Součástí práce je i návrh plánu řízení lidí a vyhodnocení problematiky výstavby nového sídla společnosti. Závěrem je navržena nejvýhodnější z analyzovaných možností, jež by mohla být pro společnost motivující pro budoucí období.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is draft proposal of new alternatives of a development of the small construction company in a theoretical way and then make it is put in a practical way for firm which is called Elkona CZ s.r.o. There are many opportunities for companies to decide which way they want to choose. However it is important to analyze all these alternaives and evaluate their financial advantageousness. This issue in civil engineering is influenced by many inner and outer factors. There is also analyzed the progress of civil engineering in Czech republic also in full details of the situation in individual regions, especially in the border area. Company Elkona CZ s.r.o. which is located in the border district Rychnov nad Kněžnou and its subject of business is especially construction of buildings, their modification and removing and masonry. One part of thesis describes current status in company by financial analysing. Then there are devised individual possibilities of development of the company and evaluated by analysis of external conditions, proposal a purchase new necessary mechanization, SWOT analysis and using the RIPRAN method. The thesis contains a project of People Management Plan and evaluation issues of construction of the new head office of the company. The conclusion is createdby the most advantageous analyzed possibility that could be motivating for the company for the next period.
