ZÁSTAVBA PROLUKY KONGRESNÍ TRG LJUBLJANA

Abstract

Na vybrané miesto, prieluka do vnútrobloku na Kongresovom námestí, bola v roku 1989 usporiadaná súťaž, ktorej zadaním bolo do vnútrobloku navrhnúť hotel. Víťazom sa stal architekt Boris Podrecca, avšak kvôli zmene režimu sa tu žiadny z projekt nerealizoval. V súvislosti s touto súťažou sa opäť rozpútala diskusia nad kvalitným verejným priestorom a dôležitosťou doriesiť tohto miesto, ktoré tvorí súčasť centrálneho námestia vrátane urbanistických zásahov Josipa Plečnika. Zvolená téma nového divadla je vzhľadom k významnosti miesta a samotnej podstaty divadla logická.

At the chosen place, the building gap to the inner courtyard of the Congress Square, a competition was organized in 1989, which topic was to design a hotel to the inner courtyard . The winner was architect Boris Podrecca, but none of the projects was implemented to change the scheme. In connection with this contest, the debate over the quality of the public space and the importance of dwelling on this place, which forms part of the central square, including the urban interventions of Josip Plečnik, was again discussed. The chosen topic of the new theater is logical due to the significance of the place and the essence of the theater itself.
