Rodinný dům Praha 5 - Dívčí hrady

Abstract

Predmetom bakalárskej práce je návrh rodinného domu. Zadaná lokalita leží v Dívčích Hradoch, čo je severný svah vrchu Děvín v mestskej časti Praha 5, Radlice. Vybraný pozemok je obdĺžnik s osovou orientáciou sever-juh. Prístup sa nachádza v najnižšej časti pozemku cez spoločnú komunikáciu pre peších aj vozidlá. Disponuje panoramatickým výhľadom na Radlice a Smíchov a má vo svojej blízkosti stanicu metra. Koncept domu vychádza z dvoch hmôt, tá hlavná kopíruje terén a umožňuje tak maximálne spojenie so záhradou. Povrchové materiály sú prírodné, fasádne drevené obklady a zelené strechy zapadnú do prostredia. Druhou hmotou je zapustená garáž, jej povrch tvorí pohľadový betón. Dom bol navrhnutý v nízkoenergetickom štandarte pre štvorčlennú rodinu.

The subject of this Bachelor thesis is the design of a detached house. The appointed location is situated in Dívčí Hrady, which is the northern slope of the hill Děvín in the city district of Praha 5, Radlice. The selected building site is a rectangle with axial orientation from north to south. Access is from the lowest part of the site by joint pathway for both pedestrians and cars. The site posseses a panoramatic view of Radlice and Smíchov and is close to the metro station. The idea for the house design is based on two masses, the major is paralell to the slope so as to warrant the utmost connection between the mass and the garden. The surface materials are natural, wooden cladding and green roofs will match the building´s enviroment. The second mass is the embedded garage, visual concrete covers its surface. This house was designed to the low-energy standard for family of four members.
