Abstract

Zadání bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v kopci na severním svahu městské části Prahy 5 Radlice. Pozemek je situován nedaleko historické části města známé jako Dívčí hrady. Pozemek se nachází na prázdné louce, která je z jižní části zastavěna rodinnými domy různých tvarů a velikostí. Ze severní stany je příjezdová cesta od které vede rovnoběžně železniční trať cca ve vzdálenosti padesát metrů. Charakter místa je spíše venkovský, definován především přírodou okolo stavební parcely. Objekt je navržen v souladu s přírodou do jednoho nadzemního podlaží se suterénem a s výhledovými plochami na panoramata městské části v patře. Přírodní ráz stavby je podpořen přírodními stavebními materiály jako je dřevo či štípaný kámen.

The award of the bachelor thesis is the design of a family house in a hill on the northern slope of the city of Prague 5 Radlice. The plot is situated near the historical part of the city known as Maiden castle. The land is located on the empty meadow, which is from the southern part of building family houses of different shapes and sizes. From north of the tents there is a driveway leading parallel to the railway line at a distance of about fifty meters. The character of the place is rather rural, defined also by the nature around the building plots. The building is designed in harmony with nature to the one above-ground floors with a basement and prospective areas in the panorama city section of the floor. The natural character of the building is supported by natural building materials such as wood or cleaved stone.
