Vliv mikrostruktury polotovaru na vlastnosti kované slitiny AlMgSi

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem mikrostruktury polotovaru na mechanické vlastnosti slitin AlMgSi vyrobených lisováním nebo horizontálním kontinuálním litím HCM. Význam těchto slitin roste s tlakem na snižování hmotnosti konstrukcí, zejména v automobilovém průmyslu. V práci byla stanovena velikost zrna slitin EN AW-6082 a EN AW-6110A v podélném řezu. Dále byla stanovena velikost zrna slitiny EN AW-6082 ve třech stavech s úzkou vazbou na jejich využití v praxi. Za účelem ověření mechanických vlastností byly změřeny průběhy mikrotvrdosti polotovarů.

This thesis investigates influence of microstucture on mechanical properties of AlMgSi alloys that were fabricated by extrusion or horizontal casting method HCM. Importance of these alloys is rising with increasing efforts to lower weight of assemblies, especially in the automotive industry. Grain size of alloys EN AW-6082 and EN AW-6110A in longitudinal cut has been established. Furthermore, grain size of the EN AW-6082 alloy, in three conditions tighly connected to processing parameters, has been measured. Lastly, microhardness of the semiproducts has been measured, in order to verify their mechanical properties.
