Bezpilotní létající prostředky a jejich využití z hlediska ochrany soukromí

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je rešerše a shrnutí nejdůležitějších informací k danému tématu. Práce je orientována na problematiku, která se týká narušování soukromí při využívání bezpilotních létajících prostředků včetně návrhů, jak se v dnešní době proti takovému narušení bránit a návrhů na změny v legislativě, které by zlepšily povědomí o všech pravidlech souvisejících s využitím bezpilotních létajících prostředků. Jsou zde vysvětleny důležité zkratky, druhy a hlavní využití bezpilotních létajících prostředků, aby došlo k lepšímu povědomí a pochopení celé diplomové práce. Dále jsou zde popsána pravidla pro provoz bezpilotních létajících prostředků a legislativa související s ochranou soukromí v České republice, aby došlo k objasnění, kdy je bezpilotní létající prostředek využíván správně z hlediska ochrany soukromí a kdy ne. Tato legislativa je porovnána s legislativou, která platí pro bezpilotní létající prostředky na Slovensku. Součástí práce jsou příklady situací nesprávného využití bezpilotních létajících prostředků z hlediska ochrany soukromí a přehled toho, co lze při těchto situacích dělat a jak se bránit.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the search and summarization of the most important information to the topic. The thesis is focused on privacy issues in the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, including suggestions on how to prevent this disruption and suggestions for changes in legislation that would improve awareness of all rules related to the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. There are explained the important abbreviations, types and main uses of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in order to improve the awareness and understanding of the whole diploma thesis. There are also described the rules for the operation of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and legislation related to the protection of privacy in the Czech Republic in order to clarify when the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle is used properly in terms of privacy or not. The legislation is compared to the legislation applicable to Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in Slovakia. The diploma thesis contains situations of incorrect use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in terms of privacy and an overview of what we can do in such situations and how to defend.
