Návrh hybridní lanové a betonové skořepinové konstrukce

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a posouzením hybridní lanové a betonové skořepinové střešní konstrukce nad stávající bazénovou halou v obci Šaľa, Slovenská Republika. Jedná se o kruhovou stavbu o průměru 61,89 metrů s kruhovým světlíkem o průměru 15 metrů. Vlastní konstrukce střechy je zavěšena na primárních nosných lanech. Sekundární předpínací lana vnášejí do konstrukce tlakovou rezervu. Vnější prstenec je tlačený železobetonový, vnitřní prstenec je tažený ocelový. Práce se zaměřuje na detailní návrh těchto nosných prvků zastřešení společně s návrhem železobetonových sloupů po obvodě budovy. Výpočet konstrukce je rozdělen do jednotlivých fází výstavby. Vzhledem ke složitosti a velikosti konstrukce jsou všechny výpočty provedeny softwarem podle metody konečných prvků. Předpětí primárních lan je modelováno pomocí zatížení negativní teplotou, sekundární předpětí je poté modelováno zcela reálně pomocí napínacího napětí. Veškeré zabudované prvky jsou uvažovány od dodavatelské společnosti Freyssinet CS a.s. Hlavním výstupem práce jsou výkresy jednotlivých prvků a návrh předpětí.

This thesis deals with a design and an assessment of a composite cable concrete shell structure, which serves as a roof over a currently standing swimming pool in a town of Šaľa, -Slovakia. This building has a circular shape with a diameter of 61,89 meters. There is a circular skylight with a diameter of 15 meters standing in the center of the roof. The whole structure of the roof is hanging on the primary load-bearing cables. Secondary cables are used to insert required pressure reserve into the concrete shell. The outer ring is compressed therefore made from concrete, the inner one is under tension made from steel. The thesis focuses on a detail design of these load-bearing members of the roof as well as a design of reinforced-concrete columns situated on the perimeter of the building. Prestressing of the primary cables is modeled using the negative temperature shrinkage, secondary prestressing is then modeled using the real stress. All inbuilt members are designed using the products of contractor Freyssinet CS a.s. The main output of this thesis are a detailed drawings of all members and a design of prestressing.
