Charisma učitele z pohledu středoškolských studentů

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je "Charisma učitele z pohledu středoškolských studentů". Tato práce pojednává o různých aspektech osobního charismatu učitelů, které studenti preferují a zda na ně pozitivně působí. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů jako charisma, adolescence a vztah učitele a studenta v tomto období. V empirické části je na základě dotazníkového šetření provedena výzkumná sonda zjišťující, jaké aspekty osobního charismatu učitelů studenti preferují a zda na ně pozitivně působí.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is " Teacher's charisma from the high school student's point of view. This thesis is presenting different aspects of a teacher's personal charisma which students prefer and how it positively influences them. In the theoretical part, the key terms such as charisma, adolescence and student/teacher relationship are defined. In the empirical part, there is a experiment that investigates which aspects of a teacher's personal charisma students prefer and wheather it influences them in a postitive way.
