Nabídková příprava ve stavební firmě

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá prípravou cenovej ponuky v stavebnej firme. Cieľom práce je jednoducho a stručne vysvetliť problematiku danej témy, ale zároveň poukázať na prácnosť jednotlivých úkonov. Text je rozdelený na dve časti - na teoretickú a na praktickú časť. V teoretickej časti sú postupne rozpracované činnosti a úlohy, ktoré musia zamestnanci stavebnej firmy pri zostavovaní cenovej ponuky vypracovať a prehodnotiť. Praktická časť túto problematiku ďalej rozvádza a konkrétne poukazuje na postupy a problémy, ktoré sa viažu k príprave cenovej ponuky vo vybranej stavebnej firme.

The topic of bachelor thesis is a bid preparation in the construction company. The aim of the thesis is to simply a briefly explain the issues of the topic and to manifest how difficult the bid preparation in practice is. The said topic is divided into two parts - the theoretical part introduces progressively developed activities and tasks that the construction company's employees have to evaluate when compiling the bid. The practical part further disseminates this issue and specifically points out the procedures and problems that are associated with the preparation of the bid in the selected construction company.
