Řízení rizik ve velké stavební společnosti

Abstract

Předmětem této závěrečné práce je snaha o přiblížení poměrně složitého procesu řízení rizik ve velké stavební společnosti. První část práce je čistě teoretická část, kde se snažím podrobněji vysvětlit základní pojmy, které se týkají řízení rizik. Následuje podrobnější vysvětlení samotného procesu řízení rizik. Dále uvádím druhovou klasifikaci rizik, kde nejsou uvedena všechna rizika, jelikož jich je nesčetně mnoho. Dále v teoretické části vysvětluji podstatu kvalitativních a kvantitativních metod, které se využívají v procesu řízení rizik. Ke konci teoretické části vysvětluji podstatu vybraných metod řízení rizik a SWOT analýzy. Ve druhá část práce je praktická, ve které se zaměřuji na skutečná rizika, která se mohou vyskytnout při realizaci skutečné stavby. Identifikovaná rizika analyzuji pomocí dvou metod rizikové analýzy a posléze shrnuji výsledky těchto dvou metod. Na závěr navrhuji možná opatření, která by měla snížit případné negativní dopady rizik na reálných stavební projekt.

The aim of this thesis is an attempt to approach the rather complex process of risk management in a big construction company. The first part of the thesis is purely theoretical part, where I try to explain in more detail the basic concepts that relate to risk management. Followed by a more detailed explanation of the process of risk management. Furthermore, I present a generic classification of the risks, where there are listed all the risks, because they are innumerable. Furthermore, in the theoretical part I explain the nature of qualitative and quantitative methods, which are used in the process of risk management. Towards the end of the theoretical part I explain the nature of the selected risk management methods and SWOT analysis. In the second part of the thesis is practical, in that I focus on the real risks, which may occur in the implementation of the actual construction. The identified risks analyze using the two methods of risk analysis and thereafter I summarize the results of these two methods. In conclusion, I propose possible measures, which should reduce the possible negative effects of risks on a real construction project.
