Vyztužování stropních desek na protlačení

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se bude zabývat problematikou protlačení u stropních desek. Hlavním předmětem zájmu bude návrh třmínkové výztuže a smykových trnů. Třmínková výztuž bude navrhována dle postupu, který je uveden v ČSN EN 1992-1-1 a smykové trny budou navrhovány dle metody ETA 12/0454. V první části této práce budou popsány lokálně podporované stropní desky, kterých se protlačení týká a bude zde uvedeno, co to protlačení je a jaká výztuž se proti němu používá. Dále zde budou obecně popsány výpočetní postupy při návrhu výztuže na protlačení podle ČSN EN 1992-1-1 a podle ETA 12/0454. Z praktického hlediska bude proveden návrh třmínkové výztuže a smykových trnů na zvolené konstrukci, a to na pěti typických místech a následně budou porovnány výsledky. V další části práce se bude zkoumat, jak se bude konstrukce chovat z hlediska protlačení při změně třídy betonu a tloušťky stropní desky. V závěru práce bude provedeno orientační cenové porovnání obou posuzovaných typů výztuže.

This bachelor diploma thesis will discuss issues related to punching of slabs. The main subject of interest will be the design of stirrup reinforcement and shear headed studs. The stirrup reinforcement will be designed according to the process described in ČSN EN 1992-1-1 and the shear headed studs will be designed following method ETA 12/0454. The first part of the thesis will describe the locally supported slabs that can be affected by punching. It will also explain what punching is and what kind of reinforcement is commonly used to counteract it. Additionally, it will describe the calculations used in the design of the reinforcement according to the aforementioned standards and methods. From the practical point of view, it will propose a design of stirrup reinforcement and shear headed studs on a selected construction at five typical locations and will compare the results. The following part of the thesis will examine the behaviour of the construction with regards to punching on varying the class of concrete and the thickness of the slab. The final part of the thesis will compare the approximate costs of the two types of reinforcement.
