Porovnání povolování a realizace staveb v České republice a v Kazachstánu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována tématům povolování a realizace staveb v České republice a v Kazachstánu a dále jejich porovnáním. V teoretické části jsou nejprve popsány možnosti získání stavebního povolení, realizace staveb a uvedení staveb do užívání a také zhodnocení změn v novele stavebního zákona. Praktická část je zaměřena na povolování staveb menšího rozsahu - rodinných domů. Cílem je stanovení legislativních rámců dvou republik a porovnání na konkrétních příkladech.

This bachelor thesis is devoted to issues of permitting and realization of buildings in the Czech Republic and Kazakhstan and their comparison. In the theoretical part there are described first the possibilities of obtaining building permits, realization of constructions and putting buildings into use, as well as evaluation of changes in the new building act. The practical part is focused mainly on building permits of smaller houses. The aim is to compare the legislative frameworks of the two republics.
