Analýza a vyhodnocení projektu Nordfjardargöng

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována tématu analýzy a vyhodnocení stavebního projektu na příkladu tunelu Nordfjördur , který realizovala firma Metrostav a.s. na Islandu. V teoretické části jsou popsány hlavní faktory ovlivňující úspěšnost stavební zakázky, smluvní vztahy, tvorba jednotkových cen a rizika. Vzhledem k charakteru uvedeného projektu je teoretická část zaměřena na problematiku podzemních staveb. V praktické části se věnuji objasnění důvodů vstupu Metrostavu a.s. na skandinávský trh v segmentu tunelových staveb, popisu prvního realizovaného projektu a výčtu tunelovacích metod. Těžištěm mé práce je představení projektu Nordfjardargöng včetně analýzy a vyhodnocení ekonomické úspěšnosti tohoto projektu.

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the topic of analysis and evaluation of the construction project on the Nordfjördur tunnel example implemented by Metrostav a.s. on Iceland. The theoretical part describes the main factors influencing the success of the construction contract, contractual relations, unit price formation and risk. Due to the character of the project, the theoretical part is focused on the problems of underground constructions. In the practical part, I concentrate on the reasons for the entry of Metrostav a.s. the Scandinavian market in the tunnel construction segment, the description of the first project and the overview of tunneling methods. The focus of my work is the introduction of the Nordfjardargöng project, including the analysis and evaluation of the economic success of this project.
