Ekonomické hodnocení variant rodinného domu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl porovnat jednotlivé varianty rodinného domu z hlediska ekonomického hodnocení. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Zabývá se popisem jednotlivých metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení. Přičemž teoretická část obsahuje vysvětlení základních pojmů a metod manažerského rozhodování, které je třeba znát pro porozumění dané problematiky. Jedná se o identifikace a formulace jednotlivých rozhodovacích procesů, výběr kritérií rozhodování a jejich hodnocení. Praktická část práce se zabývá konkrétním výběrem konstrukční a materiálové varianty rodinného domu. Následně je aplikována teoretická část na část praktickou a jsou stanovena konkrétní kritéria. Dále jsou jednotlivé varianty na základě vybraných kritérií a přiřazení jejich váhy vyhodnocovány a je určena nejvhodnější varianta řešení.

This bachelor thesis aims to compare individual variants of the detached house from an economic point of view. It deals with description of multicriteria evaluation methods. Thesis consists from theoretical and practical parts, where the theoretical part contains an explanation of elementary terms and methods of managerial decision making, which is necessary to understand the problematics. This is identification and formulation of the decision making processes, selection of decision criteria and their evaluation. Practical part of thesis deals with specific construction and material detached house variation choice. Then the theoretical part is applied to the practical and specific criteria are estabilished. Further the variations based on chosen criteria and weight assignment are evaluated and the most appropriate solution is determined.
