Tramvajové tratě z hlediska investičního procesu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením komplexního přehledu o tramvajových tratích s cílem posouzení budoucí výstavby v segmentu důležitosti konkrétní trati a posouzení používaných povrchů tramvajového tělesa. Popisuje tramvajové tratě jak z investičního, tak i stavebně-technického pohledu a definuje jejich budoucí postavení v dopravní politice hl. města Prahy. Zároveň se zaměřuje na plánovanou strategii rozšíření tramvajové sítě v Praze do roku 2030 a analyzuje konkrétní předpokládanou výstavbu tramvajové trati Modřany - Libuš, na kterou je současně provedena analýza rizik a SWOT analýza s jejím vyhodnocením. V neposlední řadě se tato práce zabývá i srovnáním jednotlivých tramvajových povrchů z hlediska jejich ekonomické a investiční výhodnosti, čehož je docíleno opět pomocí SWOT analýzy. Toto srovnání pak slouží jako jakýsi manuál pro výběr nejvhodnějšího tramvajového povrchu pro potenciálního investora nebo konkrétní tramvajovou trať s ohledem na řadu faktorů.

This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a comprehensive overview of tram lines with the aim of assessing the future construction in the segment of importance of the specific track and assessment of the used surfaces of the tramway body. It describes the tram lines both from investment and construction-technical point of view and defines their future position in the transport policy of the city of Prague. At the same time, it focuses on the planned strategy of extending the tram network in Prague by 2030 and analyzes the specific expected construction of the Modřany - Libuš tram line, which is undergoing risk analysis and SWOT analysis with its evaluation. This work also deals with the comparison of individual tram surfaces in terms of their economic and investment advantage, which is achieved again by SWOT analysis. This comparison serves as a sort of manual for selecting the most suitable tram surface for a potential investor or a particular tram line with respect to a number of factors.
