Investiční proces v tepelné elektrárně

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá investičním procesem v tepelné elektrárně. Práce je členěna do dvou částí - teoretického uvedení do problematiky a praktického příkladu z tepelné elektrárny Kladno. Teoretická část popisuje podíl energetiky a stavebnictví na ekonomice České republiky, dále popisuje jednotlivé druhy paliv pro energetickou přeměnu a druhy elektráren, se zaměřením na elektrárny tepelné, a na jejich jednotlivé zastoupení v ČR. Poslední kapitolou teoretické části je popis průběhu investičního procesu a životního cyklu projektu a stavby. Praktický příklad popisuje průběh investičního procesu v tepelné elektrárně Kladno se zaměřením na stavební části. Dále popisuje facility management tepelné elektrárny Kladno, především správu budov. Součástí praktické části bakalářské práce je technologický postup a harmonogram pro plánovanou investiční aktivitu tepelné elektrárny Kladno - demolici spalinového komínu bývalého bloku K3.

The bachelor thesis is focused on investment process in a thermal power plant. The thesis is divided in two parts - the theoretical introdiction into problematics and a practical example from a thermal power plant in Kladno. The theoretical part describes the power industry and the building industry and their participation at the economics of Czech republic. The theoretical part also describes types of fuel for the change of energy and types of power plants. The bachelor thesis is focused on thermal power plants so they are described more. The last part of the theoretical part describes the investment process and the life cycle of a building. The practival example describes the investment process in a thermal power plant in Kladno. It also describes the facility management in thermal power plant in Kladno but mostly the building administration. The practical part of the bachelor thesis also contains a technological advancement and a schedul for a planned investition of thermal power plant in Kladno - demolition of a combustion chimney K3.
